Whether you are pausing during a stay in Lisbon or stepping away from everyday life, this deeply soothing ritual helps the body and mind slow down. Your therapist uses an ilā blend with THC-free broad-spectrum CBD, Damask rose, cedarwood and calendula, focusing on the areas where you hold the most tension.

Frequently asked questions
Arriving at the SPA, 30 minutes before your confirmed arrival time
We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the arrival time shown in your booking confirmation. This allows plenty of time to check in and settle in at your own pace.
Hydrotherapy Circuit, 60 minutes before your treatment
If your experience includes treatment, 60 minutes will be reserved beforehand for you to enjoy the Hydrotherapy Circuit, including the jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.
What to bring? swimwear and flip-flops
Please bring swimwear and flip-flops. Swimwear must be worn in the Hydrotherapy Circuit. We provide a robe and towels for use during your visit. If you do not have flip-flops with you, they are available to purchase at the SPA for €2.50.
Late arrivals, arriving late may shorten your treatment
To ensure every experience begins on time, your treatment will finish at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, it may need to be shortened, and the full treatment price will still apply. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may be unable to carry out your treatment.
Cancellations and rescheduling, free of charge with at least 24 hours notice
Cancellations and changes made at least 24 hours in advance are free of charge. Changes or cancellations made after this time, as well as missed appointments, will be charged in full. For bookings made with a voucher, the voucher will be treated as redeemed.
