Au cœur de Lisbonne, ce circuit a été créé pour ceux qui ont besoin de sortir du rythme de la ville sans la quitter.

Pendant 80 minutes, le voyage vous appartient entièrement. Vous pouvez vous déplacer librement entre le jacuzzi, le bain turc, le sauna et les douches à contraste, en restant dans chaque espace aussi longtemps que votre corps le demande.

I'm pregnant. Can I book?

For safety reasons, and because our facilities and team are not equipped for prenatal care, THE ReTREAT does not accept bookings during pregnancy. After giving birth, we recommend obtaining medical clearance before using the hydrotherapy circuit or receiving spa treatments.

What does it mean to have a pending booking?

It means the experience has been made available for future use. You can reactivate it on the website or contact us by phone at +351 935 322 990 or by email at info@theretreat.pt. It must be used within 12 months of the original booking date.

Can I leave my luggage or park at the hotel?
