The Detox and Reset Journey is a deeply restorative experience, created to relieve the feeling of physical and mental overload and return to the body a greater sense of lightness, balance and vitality. Through a personalized sequence of care, the body is progressively invited to slow down, release accumulated tension and stimulate its natural renewal processes. Each stage builds on the one before, leading to a deeper, longer-lasting state of relaxation. As the body regains its balance, the mind becomes clearer and calmer. The breath softens, focus renews itself, and a sense of inner space settles in. More than a pause, this journey represents a true moment of reset — an opportunity to leave accumulated fatigue behind and return to everyday life with more energy, clarity and wellbeing.
What you will feel
Throughout the experience, you'll feel your body gradually slow down, your breath deepen, and accumulated tension dissipate. You may feel greater physical lightness, mental clarity and inner calm, accompanied by a renewed sense of balance and vitality. In the end, the body will be more relaxed, the mind calmer and the energy more fluid, as if room had been created to begin again.

Arriving at the SPA, 30 minutes before your confirmed arrival time
We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the arrival time shown in your booking confirmation. This allows plenty of time to check in and settle in at your own pace.
Hydrotherapy Circuit, 60 minutes before your treatment
If your experience includes treatment, 60 minutes will be reserved beforehand for you to enjoy the Hydrotherapy Circuit, including the jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.
What to bring? swimwear and flip-flops
Please bring swimwear and flip-flops. Swimwear must be worn in the Hydrotherapy Circuit. We provide a robe and towels for use during your visit. If you do not have flip-flops with you, they are available to purchase at the SPA for €2.50.
Late arrivals, arriving late may shorten your treatment
To ensure every experience begins on time, your treatment will finish at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, it may need to be shortened, and the full treatment price will still apply. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may be unable to carry out your treatment.
Cancellations and rescheduling, free of charge with at least 24 hours notice
Cancellations and changes made at least 24 hours in advance are free of charge. Changes or cancellations made after this time, as well as missed appointments, will be charged in full. For bookings made with a voucher, the voucher will be treated as redeemed.
